Frequently Asked Questions

LoveFest is an online fan convention celebrating vertical drama and the actors and creatives who bring it to life. LoveFest 2026 will take place online on 10–11 October 2026. The event schedule will be published in UK time.
A standard ticket gives you access to the full LoveFest programme, including live and pre-recorded panels, virtual booths and resources, opportunities to participate in event chats, and access to panel recordings for one month after the event.

Meet & Greets are not included in the standard ticket. These will be available to purchase separately from September.
Yes. LoveFest tickets make wonderful gifts. Simply enter the recipient's name and email address when purchasing the ticket so that their event access and login information can be sent directly to them.

Tickets are also transferable. If you need to transfer an existing ticket to someone else, please contact Jen at Jen@verticaldramalovefest.com.
LoveFest tickets are non-refundable. Please remember that all panels will be recorded and available to ticket holders for one month after the event, so you will still be able to enjoy LoveFest if you cannot attend live.
Don't worry. All panels and sessions will be recorded and made available to ticket holders for one month after the event. You can catch up on anything you missed and rewatch your favourite panels during that period.
The LoveFest schedule will be published in UK time. Please check the corresponding time in your location when planning which sessions to attend live.
Actors and creatives' professional schedules can change, sometimes at very short notice. We will always do everything possible to accommodate our guests and minimize disruption, but paid professional commitments must take priority.

Guest appearances, panel line-ups and timings therefore cannot be guaranteed. Any changes will be communicated as quickly as possible, and all affected sessions will be rearranged or replaced wherever possible.
Yes. Fans will have opportunities to submit questions before the event and during live panels. Further instructions about submitting questions will be shared with ticket holders closer to LoveFest.

Although we cannot guarantee that every question will be asked, we will do our best to include as many as possible.
LoveFest will take place through the vFairs website. Your personal login details and instructions for accessing the event will be emailed to you during the week before LoveFest.

You do not need to download any special software.
For the best experience, we recommend accessing LoveFest on a laptop or desktop computer using the latest version of Google Chrome and a strong, stable internet connection.

The vFairs website can also be accessed using a tablet or mobile device, although a larger screen may provide a better experience when watching panels, exploring the event and participating in chats.

We recommend checking that your browser is updated and logging in a little before your first session so that you have time to resolve any difficulties.
First, check your spam, junk and promotions folders and search your inbox for emails relating to LoveFest or vFairs. Please also make sure that you are checking the email address used to purchase or register the ticket.

Login details will be sent during the week before the event. If you still cannot find your email, contact Jen at Jen@verticaldramalovefest.com, including your full name and the email address used when purchasing your ticket.
Pre-recorded LoveFest panels will include captions.

If you have an accessibility requirement or would like to ask whether a particular form of support can be provided, please contact Jen at Jen@verticaldramalovefest.com. We will do everything reasonably possible to help you enjoy the event.
LoveFest is intended to be a welcoming, respectful and inclusive event for everyone. Harassment, abusive or discriminatory language, inappropriate behaviour, unauthorised recording, and the unauthorised sharing of event content will not be tolerated.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow the LoveFest Attendee Code of Conduct. Anyone who breaches it may be removed from the event without a refund.
